Received this error from Kroger to enter data into Dispatch Unit Item Description and Consumer Unit Description.

I am not able to find these attributes in 1worldSync, please help to locate Dispatch Unit Item Description and Consumer Unit Description, so that i can enter data.

Niteishk,

The attributes your searching need to be unhidden in order to populate. You need to look at the top of the screen while inside an item. You will click on the blue EDIT and a new box will appear. Please click the "View All Attributes" and then save & continue. You will be able to find the attributes after following these steps.

This isn't how my dashboard looks like, tried but could not find as you have mentioned above.

Can not find edit button.

Hello, after looking at your profile, it appears you do not have access to PI/VIP. Please contact one of the admins for your company, including craig.donaldson@treehousefoods.com, and ask them for access to PI to be granted.
