Unable to Change Kroger API Family Tree Class (grayed out)

Good morning team!

I am trying to update and publish a display to Kroger and I came across an attribute that is incorrect, but cannot be changed because it is grayed out.

The Gtin is 00071072013922.

Hello @nancyVigo and happy Friday! Thank you for continuing the use of the customer community.
To start editing the Kroger class, in the Classification & Identification section, first please click on the "Search" button to the right-hand side of the code itself:

This will update the view to the below:

You can then type either the exact class if you know it (instead of "enter search") or the type of product to see a list of class suggestions and to choose the appropriate one for the product.

Thanks for the info...I will apply this today.

Also, I just checked the CIC report and found a DUNS error message, which I did not receive the last time I submitted an item to Kroger API. Your help is resolving this is greatly appreciated!

That Review message from Kroger advises that either the item has not been set up at all, or not set up fully in Supplier Hub. You can reach out to Kroger at the given contact information for Supplier Hub assistance and they are able to assist in their system, please, as this is not something we have access to. Thank you.

@Val, thanks for the prompt response! I found that, apparently, this particular item was transferred from VIP with the incorrect DUNS number, so I just updated it and republished it as "new" to the GLN 0838016000123.
