How to add users to item Management

Hello @seitife, thank you for reaching out to our community. Welcome.

A new user can be added only by an admin user from your company.
First, log in to User Management from the home page. https://1worldsync.com/ > Login > User Management > Sign In
Depending on the user, if it is an employee or broker, or the role they would need, you as an can add them, or request us to add them via a ticket.
