Hierarchy Change and errors because of Publications

I am trying to change a hierarchy and the error says I can not because one of the parent GTINs is published, but I have withdrawn publications from them. I can not figure out what is actually going on.

Hello @DOCBrands and thank you for utilizing the customer community. Welcome.

Once a publication is withdrawn or deleted, there is a timeframe of 25 hours in which the hierarchy is not yet editable. This is because the hierarchy needs time to be fully removed from all downstream systems before a replacement hierarchy can be accepted. Yes I am aware of the 25 hours. I need to repurpose GTIN 50372494103310, and it has one link to 816161015131. I have withdrawn publications for both of these items but something else is getting in the way from me using 50372494103310.

This publication needs to be withdrawn, please, to start the 25 hours process and then unlink and relink the hierarchy as needed. Thank you.

I can't find where it is published (to a retailer). I have withdrawn the publication on 50372494103310 the only way i know how.

Please search the item under Publications-Manage Publications, click the box on the left-hand of the GTIN number and click Withdraw publications in top-right corner.

Please see steps below:

Please make sure all publications are Withdrawn at the same time to avoid longer waiting time.
