Fuse Sheet Exports - slow processing 08/20/26

Is exporting fuse sheets running slow today? I am having an issue getting an export with just two GTINs and was wondering if there was some type of backlog slowing down the process today? Please advise. Thanks.

Hello, @kxsRSC, and welcome back to our customer community!

No backlog was reported yesterday. FUSE transactions are processed in the order they are received, so you might sometimes see longer wait times.

Please let us know if there is still an export that has not been processed for you. If you could provide its timestamp from the Message Center, we can escalate it to our support team for investigation.

Hello, today I submitted an export with 4 items before noon CST. I have yet to receive the Fuse sheet. Is there any backlog today?

Hello, Please advise as to why I am having issues with exporting 4 items to a fuse sheet. My submission from before noon today, 9/2 still has not processed.

I checked the message center under your GLN, and the files you exported were generated.
Also checked, and no delay was reported.

Hi George - yes, I see them in my message center this morning as you posted in your reply. They posted as of 3:3:14 a.m. today, 9/3 (after requesting them yesterday). Since I hadn't received them as of 6:00 p.m. CST on 9/2, I opened up a ticket (CXTECH-128167) about it. have never experienced it taking so long to receive an export. End result, I do have the exports. Thanks.
