Keep getting an error that additional contact email is not a valid format keeping it from publishing

Good morning,

I am trying to publish an item and I keep getting an error stating that my additional contact email is not in a valid format but it is in a valid email format. I have saved and validated successfully then when I go to publish it comes up with this error not allowing the item to publish to Kroger API. Can you please look into this and assist with this error?

Hello @Spicegirl, and welcome back.

This error is triggered by the information entered in the Kroger Hierarchy section for the Each level:

We recommend deleting all the information in this section from the Each level, as the Kroger Hierarchy is needed on the Dispatch Unit/ published level only.

Hi Anca,

The screen shot I provided was from the Dispatch Unit.

I am not seeing it on my end in the Each, that is the problem I can delete that information it isn't there. It is only on the Dispatch Unit/Published level in the Kroger Heirarchy and I am still getting the error. Here is a screen shot from the Each. i deleted it all and still receiving the error message.
