how do I confirm an item is approved & sent to Kroger for IMF

GTIN 00810012962070 shows success & review at time 10:37 and in Kroger API ending in 116 then at 10:46 showing in Kroger API Cert. queue Synchronized in queue ending in 123. I may be confused but I thought the confirmation that an item is approved and getting an IMF was queue ending in 116 not 123. How do I know for sure this item is ok and approved and headed to Kroger with an IMF ?
