We are being asked to publish product spec sheets, but we've never done that before. Is this done through normal image upload via pdf?

Hello @hermiloh and Welcome back!

The Product Spec Sheet can be found under Digital Preview or downloaded from Sales Slick. Through Item Management we don't have an option to upload Product Spec Sheet as the Digital Preview and Sales Slick provides that information to the retailer.

However, if the Retailer is asking for the sheet to be included on the item, you could add the information under the External Digital Assets as a link please.
