Hello @Lindam-63 . Thank you for using our community! Welcome!

The errors you are receiving when validating the hierarchy are preventing it from being transmitted successfully.

Could you please clarify how the product hierarchy should be structured? Based on the current setup, it appears that your Display contains 8 Cases, with each Case containing only 1 Each unit.

Based on the product type, I would expect each Case to contain more than one unit. If this is correct, please update the hierarchy as follows:

1. Unlink the Each and Case levels, if necessary, and click Update Hierarchy.

2. Relink the items using the correct quantities at each level.

3. Validate the hierarchy again to check whether the net weight and gross weight errors have been resolved.

If you are unsure how the hierarchy should be structured, please share the correct quantities for each level (Each and Case), and we can take a closer look to help you set it up correctly.

Thank you!
