FUSE Upload Not Processing

Hello,

I have used the FUSE document to upload many new items over the last couple of years. However, today I encountered an issue I have not seen before. I uploaded my FUSE document as I usually do, and I get the correct message that says your file is being processed. However, after this, nothing comes up. Usually I will get a message either confirming successful upload or with the excel doc with the errors that need fixed within minutes of uploading. I have waited over an hour since my first upload and attempted two more uploaded since then, with the same result.

There is nothing currently in my worklist related to these uploads either.

Is there an error in the system currently causing this delay?

The first GTIN in the list is missing the Operation and the Import Item? information, please. If you do not want the item to be added or updated, you can choose N for the Import item? option:

We can suggest removing the "processing" uploads and uploading the file again with the information added, please, or the row removed.

Hello,

How does one remove the processing uploads? I deleted the notification message of them processing from my inbox, but I am not sure if this deletes the whole upload itself?

I did go in and remove the row that I did not need uploaded and re-upload the document. However, 10 minutes later and it seems the issue of it not processing is still happening. Any advice?

Hello @johnmaddrill and thank you for the update.

Removing that row may help because, normally, a row should either have complete information in FUSE, or not be added at all, to keep the formatting consistent and for it to be accepted by the system, please.

Regarding the upload issues themselves, we are investigating this further. We have not noticed issues for other GLNs until now, therefore we are checking if this is something related to the uploaded files themselves or something else. We will get back to you as soon as we have an update. Thank you.

We have meanwhile restarted the FUSE queue and all files are now processing as intended, therefore you should either see your items successfully upload or failure messages, where needed.
