Report center filters gives you complete control of the preferred data when accessing a report. Advantages include:
- A consistent, streamlined filter experience across all Digital Shelf Analytics reports
- Access / visibility into more filter options for each report
- Ability to save and apply custom filters at the user level
Report Specific Default Filters
Each Digital Shelf Analytics report in Syndigo includes a default set of filter options relevant to the intended purpose of the report.
- You can customize your report view by populating the values for one or more of the default filter options.
- To see all the available data without any filters applied, simply click Generate Report.
Edit Report Filters
Click the Gear icon at the top right corner of the filters panel and follow the prompts to add, remove or reorder filter options.
- Click Add New Filter Options to add additional filter types and attributes.
- Click the X next to the filter to remove a filter from the view.
- Click and drag a filter row to reorder the display order of that filter.
- Resetting filters while in edit mode removes all previous filter modifications.
Once saved, that filter will be included in the default filter set for that report until removed by the user.
Save Report Filter Sets
Once configured, a filter set can be saved and applied for future use. All report filter sets are saved at a user level for each report.
- Simply modify the filters to the desired filter values and click on Add to Saved Filters at the bottom of the filters panel.
- You’ll be asked to provide a name of the saved filter set.
- You can now pull your filter combinations with the filter drop down at the top of the filter panel.
Generate Report
Once your filter selections are made, click the Generate button at the bottom of the filter panel to generate your customized report based on the selected filter criteria.
