USDA SNAP Program

Hi All:  I am looking for some help or ideas on attributes we can use to show what items are eligible through the  USDA Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) in the US.  I understand it starts with the GPC, and there are supporting attributes that designate the agency or program, but am not sure where to start.  I'd welcome any help or conversations you may be able to share.
