CIC Review Steps

Hello, 

I have 4 items in Review CIC process. The error reads... ErrorCode:null; Error:Required element not found or empty. [@minimumOrderQuantity]. The recommendation is "Review any CICs returned in the Sync Status Report. If REVIEW CIC, please update the data with any changes and click Save – no need to republish. After all changes have been saved, check the Worklist to confirm no errors then check the Sync Status Report again for the Synchronized CIC. " Each item has only the case level indicated as the ordering unit and a minimum order quantity of 1 is entered. I have reviewed each item and the save button is greyed out. Will these eventually clear and create IMFs or am I missing a step? Codes are 0406830406835943560359361636, 04068359435627,04068359435610,04068359435603

The REVIEW CICs were sent for the current setup of the item. You can use the Resend option (next to the Publish button > click the three dots, then click Resend) to send the item to Kroger again, if the current setup is correct and a minimumOrderQuantity is already listed for the Ordering Unit.

We recommend reaching out to Kroger for additional information on this REVIEW message if the same error is returned.
