Hello,
I have been trying to resolve my CIC Error for a few days. We are a custom spice blender and I have updated the Base items according to the steps provided but I am still continuing to get the same error messages. Our items are not covered by the FTL. I have gotten technical support involved and they are telling me to reach out to Kroger if my item is not applicable to the FSMA Section 204 Rule.
I was told to reach out to the retailer regarding this but they are unable to assist with it. But they are also in the dark. I am trying to set up a Assorted Display Shipper for the Holidays and the buyer keeps asking for the IMF but QA keeps giving me the same error codes.
Who at Kroger API can I contact to get some assistance?

Hello again @Spicegirl!
We just got an update that this issue should be now fixed.
Please remove all values for FSMA Section 204 Traceability on all hierarchy levels and Save. No (Re)Publish is needed, please, just Saving the items is sufficient for Kroger to receive the updates on their side. We will continue to check your items to ensure they flow through as intended after the updates. We are here for you if anything else is needed, please. Thank you!

Hello @Spicegirl and thank you for utilizing the customer community. Welcome.
After checking the information added, we initially are unable to find anything wrong with the FSMA204 data. This issue may be related to the ongoing Kroger API IMF issue reported here: Issue Impactiing Kroger Item API (KIA).
We will be investigating this further with the Kroger team and get back to your as soon as we have more details about your specific errors. Thank you.

Good morning, @Spicegirl!
Thank you for your time and patience while we continue to investigate this matter.
We are currently working with the Kroger team to further review the issue and determine the appropriate next steps to ensure an accurate resolution. We will provide an update as soon as additional information becomes available.
We appreciate your understanding and will keep you informed of any developments. Thank you.

Thank you Val. I appreciate you looking into this. Of course I keep getting asked by the Category Team where I am at with item set up and if I can provide the IMF for them to approve it. I have asked several people to assist and look into it in merchandising plus my broker is looking into this. They didn't even know about the FSMA Section 204 update so not getting a lot of help. I am not touching the item again until I hear back because as the link you posted states I could cause more issue if I try to resend it again I am just not sure if I am missing an attribute for the section or not. I am being patient but this is of course a rush set up request for PO's to be written.

Hello @Spicegirl ,
Thank you for your patience! Most likely, that attribute will either be removed or updated to specify the valid options accepted by Kroger.
For now, please wait until the IMF issue has been resolved.
Have a lovely day, and please let us know if there is anything else we can help you with!

@Maria and @Val thank you. I had to submit the open stock cases as well. The same error message came back on all 4 of the case upc's I submitted. I follow the guide for inputting the FSMA Section 204 information.
Do you know when the IMF issue will be resolved? I ask because Kroger keeps asking me for my IMF's on a daily basis so it seems they aren't even aware their is an issue with their Kroger API system that is holding up the IMF's going to them on their end.
I am just used to having a resolution come back for any issues fairly quickly this has been submitted since last week with no IMF. Now it looks like we will be missing the deadline.

Hello @Spicegirl and thank you for the follow-up.
We are still working with Kroger on this and will most likely temporarily remove this attribute from Item Management to fix the issue and add it at a later time. We will keep you updated as soon as we have more details available.
The Kroger IMF issue which was a different and unrelated one in this case is now resolved.
Thank you.

@Val thank you for getting back to me so quickly. Should I withdraw my items from publication until the attribute is removed then republish it or wait until you notify me on next steps?
Unfortunately I just received another call from Kroger asking where my IMF's for the items are since they are wanting these for the Holiday Selling Season.

Thank you for the swift follow-up, @Spicegirl.
You do not need to withdraw the publications at this time.
We have escalated the issue internally and are currently awaiting an update from the relevant team. As soon as we receive additional information, we will share it with you. We expect to have further details available soon. Thank you.
