Item coming across in IMF as Multi Case - Consumer in Venus but I chose Shipper in Item Management

Hello,

Hope you are doing well.  My IMF that was submitted to Kroger API went to Venus as a Multi Case Consumer instead of a Shipper.  The Case UPC Type is Display and in the attribute I chose Shipper.  Is there something else that I am doing incorrectly?  I did notice that the consumer UPC's did not have the attribute shipper chosen so I did go in and fix those consumer UPC's.  Will that fix the issue?

Also when I go into the items to fix it per Kroger's ask do I just save and validate or do I need to republish it.  They asked me to resubmit the item but I wasn't sure if it automatically resubmits it for us when we modify the items.

The MODIFY done on the 13th August sent the "Dispatch Unit Is Assorted Case" as TRUE, which would have indicated this item as a multi-consumer case.

I noticed this was updated and sent to Kroger as FALSE yesterday, but Kroger sent an error message back: "The item is not currently active in the Kroger systems and hence cannot be submitted in this manner. "

For items that are not active, please add the "Kroger Item Submission Reason Code field (Kroger Hierarchy attribute set) to trigger a new IMF, then Save, then Validate, then wait for the new CIC to come back in the REPORTS > Sync Status report. This will resubmit the item.

@ana_neamtu thank you for your quick response.  I followed the steps that you noted below, in the "Kroger Item Submission Reason Code Field"  I chose reusable shipper as the option, saved and validated.  I will wait and check the sync status report for the new IMF. Also thank you for providing the link to designate an item as a shipper.  This is very useful to have.

Hope you are doing well.  The Cat. Mgr.  rejected the IMF this morning, I went into the item, since corrections were already made waiting for them to send the reject to resubmit I only hit validate.  Does this resubmit and generate the new IMF for the Shipper Display?

Thank you for getting back to us. 

If the item was corrected before the IMF was rejected, please ensure the Kroger Item Submission Reason Code is populated and Save your item. This will send an update to Kroger and request a new IMF for this item.

@ana_neamtu I had already saved it and the save portion is greyed out.  I validated it and it is giving me the message vendor to resubmit for the rejection of the original IMF after it was sent this morning.

Do I need to republish it in the item for an IMF to be submitted?

Unless an item was previously Rejected, Republishing is not needed. After an IMF is Rejected, please add the Kroger Item Submission Reason Code once again for a new IMF to be generated:

@Val thank you.  I followed the steps and cleared the attribute then rentered with the submission code saved and validated it created the IMF and its now approved.
