Hello @hp42 and welcome to the Community. You are able to clone any level of a product to make another level. So going from a case to a pallet is not an issue at all.

Hello @hp42 thank you for your reply! Yes, we can confirm that going from a case to a pallet will not be an issue and it is the same process. Please make sure you are updating the attributes on the new GTIN to match the pallet level.
Hi, I'm trying to clone a case - when I attach the consumer level gtin, its in the original case qty so how do i update the heirarchy count so the consumer level is correct?
An Each (Consumer Unit) level can be linked to multiple Cases. If you created a different Case GTIN, you should be able to link an Each to it, even if it is already part of a different hierarchy.
If you need to update the quantity of an existing hierarchy, the item will need to be unlinked, then re-linked with the new quantity. To update the hierarchy, you will first need to withdraw all publications for the highest level and wait 25 hours, if applicable.
