Helping protect platform performance and stability during the busiest shopping days of the year.

The holiday season brings increased traffic for you and your shoppers. To help keep the PowerReviews platform stable and performing reliably through Thanksgiving, Black Friday, and Cyber Monday, we will operate under a temporary feature and code freeze.

You do not need to make any configuration changes. Review collection will continue, and our standard support and communication channels will remain available throughout the peak period.

What this means for you

  • Review display: Newly collected reviews may not appear on your site immediately while scheduled content publication is paused. Existing published reviews will remain visible. A limited publication run is planned for Black Friday, with normal publication resuming December 1.
  • Review collection: Shoppers can continue submitting reviews through your review forms during the freeze. Collected content will be processed for display when publication resumes.
  • Product feeds: New product feed processing will be paused beginning November 23 and will resume December 1.
  • Syndication and content changes: Requests that could affect production services or publish content into existing accounts may be deferred until the freeze ends. Critical corrections, including removal of incorrect product matches, will continue to be evaluated.
  • Implementation projects: Work may continue on active implementations, but activities that could affect production sites, global settings, or restricted platform areas may be limited or rescheduled. New launches will not begin during peak days.
  • Support: Our standard support model and communication channels remain in place. Critical production and security issues will continue to receive attention during the freeze.
