Note:
This documentation is intended for our Syndication Only clients who are integrated with a specific file format called the “Standard Client Feed” (XML) that is automatically ingested into PowerReviews once delivered to the appropriate SFTP location.
If your integration requires manual creation and submission of a review feed in the CSV format, visit Syndication Only (Using a Standard UGC and Product Feed).

Process
To syndicate your UGC through the PowerReviews network using this method, two key requirements must be met:
1. Generation of the Standard Client Feed (XML): Your current UGC platform must be configured to generate the "Standard Client Feed (XML)."
- The “Standard Client Feed” is not accessible by default; you will need to reach out to your UGC platform support team to enable it. PowerReviews cannot assist with this process.
i. More detailed instructions were provided to your team during your implementation process.
2. Delivery to PowerReviews SFTP: The generated "Standard Client Feed (XML)" must be delivered to the secure SFTP location provided by PowerReviews.
- Do not alter the file or change the file name before delivering to the SFTP location.
- Please note that any automation for file delivery to PowerReviews is owned and managed by your organization. PowerReviews can provide the destination SFTP credentials, file specifications, and support for the PowerReviews side of the integration; however, the development, hosting, monitoring, and maintenance of any automated transfer process are the responsibility of your team. We recommend engaging your IT, infrastructure, or technical teams to determine the best solution based on your internal standards and security requirements.
