Geben Sie den Wunsch zum Wechsel des Datenpools am besten direkt bei Ihrer Kündigung mit an.
Erst, wenn die Kündigung intern bearbeitet wurde und eventuell ausstehende Rechnungen bezahlt sind, wird das Access Management den sogenannten “Offboarding”-Prozess anstoßen, der nötig ist um den Datenpool zu wechseln.
Sobald das Access Management diesen Prozess beginnt, haben Sie keinen Zugang mehr zu Ihrem Account und Daten. Der Prozess beinhaltet die De-Publikation der Artikeldaten, die Löschung aller Daten von allen Systemen und als letzter Schritt wird die GLN zur De-Registrierung bei der Global Registry (externe Instanz) gegeben.
Dieser Prozess kann bis zu 5 Werktage dauern. Bitte planen Sie dies bei einer möglichen Terminierung mit ein, wenn dieser Prozess z.B. zu einem bestimmten Datum durchgeführt werden soll.

If you wish to switch the data pool, please ensure that you have provided us a proper termination letter. We need this in written form and with a legally valid signature. This applies to all products that you have purchased from 1WorldSync GmbH, by Syndigo (formerly atrify). Please send the termination directly to the responsible colleagues: [email protected]
Please mention the wish to switch the data pool directly in the termination letter.
Only after the termination has been processed internally and any outstanding invoices have been paid, the Access Management team will initiate the so called “Offboarding”-process which is necessary for switching the data pool.
After the Access Management started this process you do no not have access to your account and data anymore. The process includes the depublication of your items, the deletion of all data from all systems and as a last step with send out the deregistration request of your GLN to the Global Registry (external instance).
This process can take up to 5 business days. Please consider this when scheduling, especially if this process needs to be completed by a specific date.
