I have several item sitting with the following status .

Status says the item was sent to the subscriber, the last data sync was successful and synchronized. 

Appears to me that the item passed QA, but is sitting in limbo for Kroger API?...

Is there something I am missing?

The publication to 0838016000116 – Certified Items for Kroger API initially failed due to the Kroger Intended Sales Variant, which you have now corrected.

Because the first automated publication attempt failed, please manually publish your highest-level items to the second Kroger GLN.
