How do I corrected the error code: ITEM FOUND IN SUBMITTED STATUS?  

I don't know what to do with this error code. I've double checked that the "Kroger" Playlist was added. It was.    

How to I correct this error?  Error stating that the item in not currently active in the Kroger System. It cleared QA, kicked back by API
